Shipping Policy
 

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.

• During festive seasons or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

• Within India: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

• International Orders: Delivery timelines vary by destination country.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

• Free shipping may be offered during selected promotions.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, Arasi Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

We take great care in ensuring that every product meets our quality standards.

 

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selected by the customer

• Colour variations due to different screen settings

Please refer to our size chart before placing your order.

Exchange / Damaged Products

We will gladly assist if:

• You receive a damaged product.

• You receive an incorrect item.

To request an exchange:

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Share your order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue.

• An unedited package opening video is mandatory for all damage or missing item claims.

Requests without an opening video may not be eligible for replacement.

Product Condition

Products must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In their original condition with tags attached

• Returned in the original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
 

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
